1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the sale of physical books from banksy-captured.com. The site is operated by AART SPACE LTD (company number 16726493), registered at 3rd Floor 86-90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. How the contract forms

When you place an order through our Shopify checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it is not an acceptance.

A binding contract between you and AART SPACE LTD is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Products

We sell physical books only. We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations between how an image appears on your screen and how it looks in print are a normal characteristic of printed goods and do not constitute grounds for return.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (British pounds sterling) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. AART SPACE LTD is not currently VAT registered.

Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect an order you have already placed. If we discover a pricing error before your order is dispatched, we will contact you. We are not obliged to fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Full payment is taken at the time you place your order.

We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Cancellation and returns

As a consumer buying online, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, during which you can cancel your order without giving a reason.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any goods we sell must be:

• fit for purpose
• of satisfactory quality

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, and images — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from purchasing our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms where that delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions, or government restrictions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are based in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions under the law of your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
